Whilst our site caters for online gamblers across the globe, we've decided to start 'thinking local' with the upcoming launch of our very first spin-off site, targeted specifically at the South African market.

South African online gambling is about to take off. Legislation legalizing and regulating the gambling industry will soon open the gates to increased online activity. Scores of offshore providers will also be seeking a piece of the African action.

In view of these new developments we've decided to launch onlinecasinoreports.co.za, to act as a gateway to the world of South African online gambling.

Our content team has been busy researching the ins and outs of South African market and writing the pages of a brand new site dedicated specifically to the South African player.

The spin-off site will offer many of the same features of our main site including news, reviews, insider info on the biggest bonuses, the craziest jackpots etc. With everything tailored to the South African region, currency law and language.

Online Casino Reports South Africa is only the first step in our international master plan. The South African site will act as a template for a series of new geographically targeted sites in territories with legalized online gambling including Australia, Canada and Singapore.

Making of the Weekly Edition

I had the pleasure to interview with PRWeb, perhaps the leading online news and press release distribution service around. It was in the earlier stages of the Weekly Edition, those weekly videos presented by Kate, with top news stories from the week.

The informative and entertaining weekly issues appear on the online gambling website, on our YouTube channel, and on several other video sharing websites such as Yahoo! Videos and Veoh.

But I don't need to tell you more about the Weekly Edition! I do that already in the interview! Click on the Play button below and watch a video we produced to support the interview, in which you can see the people involved at work, cameraperson, director, and Kate, of course, too.

Back from CAP Spring Break, I have to remind myself that life is not all fun and games. Or is it?

I figured the ideal transition to writing again for the website, and for the blog, as I am doing right now, will be by introducing our Beers Slot game.

Of course, we have the Games Section, where over a hundred games are free to play in Flash mode, from Pacman and other Classics, to puzzle games, skill challenges and even practice casino action.

With beers Slot we offer an in-house development, our own creation, a game that offers high quality slots action and terrific graphics.

You can find Beers Slot at Online Casino Reports, and elsewhere across the web. Soon we will release a PAD file version of the game, which too will be available on our site. We will invite you, with a post on this blog, to use the freeware game then and post it on games sections on your own sites, and if you do not have such a section, then Beers Slot can be the first you will offer.

Kate, Avishai and I are back from a wonderful week spent in Limassol, Cyprus.

You will be reading, and hearing those words - "Limassol" and "Cyprus" - a lot in the coming week or two. Online Casino Reports will dedicate much of its news and videos to the coverage of the event.

True, CAP Spring Break, which ended yesterday, was a fun networking event, with an emphasis on fun, more than networking. However, we were able to get some more serious interviews with some of the organizers and participants, on some of the hottest topics in the industry today.

OCR Reporting from CAP Spring Break

Online Casino Reports team will be flying out next week to participate in, and report from, the 6th Annual Casino Affiliate Programs Spring Break event. The event will take place in Limassol, Cyrprus, between May 21 and 24.

CAP Spring Break is a networking event for the gaming industry insiders. With the reporting work that we plan to do, it will be shared with the online gambling community at large.

The reporting team, which consists of Kate (our presenter on the Weekly Edition videos), a cameraman, and myself, will bring you exclusive footage from conference panels, sponsored dinners, and of course poolside.
