Is It Possible to Guess Lebron's Future?

Sportsbooks have become a place to bet not only on sports. With TV Series and Award Ceremonies, politics and ... you name it, betting on anything anytime is a matter of fact.

Which is why the following comment from Bodog bookmaker Richard Gardner, reported on ESPN with regard to the Lebron James Free Agency Countdown, is especially interesting. Seems as if sportsbooks have given up on handicapping this event.

This is what Bodog write to Chad Millman of ESPN:

"It is not worth the risk as a book manager to throw something like this up."

Gardner continued saying: "Calculating odds on something like this is like trying to run live odds on the 100[-meter] dash at the Olympic games and is definitely one of the toughest things I have had to deal with in my years in bookmaking."

We got word that William Hill Casino Club will be changing its £66 GBP / 30 EUR free offer that we've been seeing around for quite some time.

The no deposit bonus was a brilliant one, giving new players a considerable sum - instantly. William Hill had it so that it still offered the New Player Bonus for a player's first deposit, regardless of whether s/he accepted the free offer.

In any case, it will soon be over. More precisely, it will no longer be available for players to claim on Sunday, June 27,2010, at 8 o'clock in the morning.

What will come after it is yet to be announced. Be sure to visit our pages at Online Casino Reports to find out.

NBA Finals Summary

Though my pre-season prediction (Lebron James and his Cleveland Cavs win it all!) have expired way early, back in mid-May, I'd like to offer my post-season predictions next.
"Has he not learned his lesson?" you may ask. Well, this time I will keep my $100 in my wallet.

Phil Jackson stays for another season and the chance for another (a third) three-peat: why on earth should he get a paycut?
Kobe Bryant matches Michael Jordan's championship total: question is will he reach six as soon as next year?
Doc Rivers leaves the Boston Celtics: he's had enough, he'll say, but really is afraid of seeing thrugh the demise of this great group of aging players.

And Lebron James signs with... who the heck knows. That's whay we bet!

Are you tired of the World Cup already? Surely not!

Though some football fans have grown a bit tired, if not altogether annoyed, with the vuvuzela.

This horn, used by South African fans across the stadiums, has been driving some of the other fans, the coaches on the sidelines, the players on the field and even the viewers at home - nuts.

See for yourselves.

And here is a football player trying to figure the vuvuzela out:
