EPT Robbery - Poker Gone Nuts!

Day 4 of the European Poker Tour Saturday sure had an
interesting twist. The
PokerStars tournament,
the prize totals of which are nearly €5 million, was robbed that afternoon by a
group of 5 or 6 men who seized what is reported to be €800,000.
The tournament took place at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in
Berlin. The security guard fended the burglars off and possibly saved the tourney
from losing the remaining prize cash. This can all be seen on the following

No one was seriously injured. The tourney resumed shortly
after the incident. An investigation is underway.
